Waterlink is a department within South East Water, and we're on hand 24/7 to assist household and commercial customers across the South East, with issues relating to their water supply.

We're very proud to have over 30 years' experience in the water industry, and we have developed a range of services to ensure your essential water supply can be maintained at the point where your water company’s responsibility ends, usually at the property boundary.

Our services

We provide a service to homeowners, housing associations, government bodies, utilities, hospitals, universities and Ministry of Defence sites across the South East.

Whether you've got a leak in your home or on your property, or you're in need of pipe replacement or separation of a water supply, we're on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help.

In addition to these services we are also the leading provider for the Water Hygiene Course for Kent and Sussex in the South East of England, and are also the purveyor of South East Water Asset Plans/water maps.
