| A Site Survey
is undertaken following on from the desk
top study, or at customer request in order
to understand the supply, distribution and
infrastructure regimes.
This survey is carried out
by Waterlink staff spending the required length
of time on site.
Where
losses to ground are proven not to have
been returned to the sewer network
it may
be possible to make a claim against
the sewage provider to recover monies
inappropriately charged. |
 Their
object is to do a consumption
analysis, identifying and locating
water wastage and leakage, bad practices and
the opportunity for reducing water consumption
with associated cost-savings.
It will also include, where
appropriate, comment on any on-site effluent
treatment to ensure environmental compliance
and disposal at least cost.
Close co-operation and communication
will be maintained with all relevant site
staff to achieve an understanding of all site
processes that use and dispose of water.
