In the event of
a plumbing or drainage emergency, following
these simple steps will soon lead to a
resolution.

ringing around for a plumber. Instead,
dial the exclusive Homeserve Emergency
Hotline and a Homeserve approved
plumber will then be assigned to
respond to your problem.

Rescue 11.25am

In an uncontrollable internal emergency a plumber
will aim to attend within 2 hours or you can ask for your money back.
For all other problems a plumber will always aim to be there in 2 hours, or at
a time which is more convenient to you.

Relief 2.30pm
 |
Job done.
Simply sign to say you’re satisfied
and within the cover limits the
bill will be settled direct. For
each claim you are covered up to £2,000
externally and £1,000 internally
for call-out, labour, materials and
VAT. |
