In the event of a plumbing or drainage emergency, following these simple steps will soon lead to a resolution.

No desperate ringing around for a plumber. Instead, dial the exclusive HomeServe Emergency Hotline and a HomeServe approved plumber will then be assigned to respond to your problem.

Rescue 11.25am

In an uncontrollable internal emergency a plumber will aim to attend within 2 hours or you can ask for your money back. For all other problems a plumber will always aim to be there in 2 hours, or at a time which is more convenient to you.

Relief 2.30pm

Job done. Simply sign to say you’re satisfied and within the cover limits the bill will be settled direct. For each claim you are covered up to £2,000 externally and £1,000 internally for call-out, labour, materials and VAT.
